In February 2021 Eversheds Sutherland, an independent global top 10 law practice, conducted a rigorous review of Kingspan Insulation Ltd’s boards business to ascertain how the issues identified in the course of the Grenfell Inquiry occurred. In March 2022 Kingspan Insulation Ltd published a table showing the progress it had made against each recommendation at that time. In October 2023 Eversheds Sutherland were engaged to undertake an independent review as to whether all of the recommendations had been actioned, providing a verification report in January 2024.
