We have a global website owned by Kingspan Group, and local websites for each of the countries in which our Kingspan Affiliate's operate. Each local website is owned by the relevant Affiliates operating in that country.
When you use our global website, www.kingspan.com, Kingspan Group acts as a controller of your personal information that is collected or obtained via the website. When you use a Kingspan Affiliate's local website, your personal data will be processed independently by the Affiliate(s) owning the local site in that country.
Kingspan Group, and each Kingspan Affiliate are separate, independent data controllers and when they process your personal data they will do it on a separate, independent basis, and for their own purposes. We explain each of the purposes in this privacy notice. This means that each data controller is separately responsible for complying with the obligations of a controller under applicable data protection law.

Kingspan Group is the global leader in high-performance insulation and building technologies. Each of the Kingspan entities processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the countries in which we operate.

Useful words

Who do we share your information with?
Kingspan Affiliates share your personal information with Kingspan Group because Kingspan Group runs the global website.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties located in your country and in countries other than your own, in due compliance with applicable laws.
If we have your explicit consent, we may provide your personal information to external organisations (i.e. to contractors, merchants, distributors, retailers, media agencies and service providers which are outside of Kingspan) so that they can contact you about their promotions, services, events and other activities in relation to Kingspan products and services without having obtained consent from you themselves.
